Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Senator Donley objected. Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that he be allowed to withdraw his motion. Without objection, it was so ordered.
